Michele Della Pietra has been a member of the Udine Bar Association since 2008 and has been collaborating with the firm since 2005.
He deals with civil and commercial law, both judicially and out of court, with particular attention to succession matters and the law of trusts and fiduciary assignments, as well as private and procedural international law.
He is enrolled in the register for advocacy before the Higher Courts.
In 2021 he gained a master’s degree in trust law from the “Il Trust In Italia” Association.
