Massimiliano Campeis has been a partner of the firm since 2004, the year in which he passed the bar exam.
He mainly deals with corporate law and trust and estate planning law.
He is enrolled in the register for advocacy before the Higher Courts.
He holds a master’s degree in business law from the “Luigi Bocconi” University of Milan and a master’s degree in trust law from the “Il Trust In Italia” Association (chaired by prof. Maurizio Lupoi), of which he is now the local contact for the Friuli Venezia Giulia area.
He has been a STEP full member since 2020.
As a speaker, he frequently attends lectures and meetings on legal matters related to wealth management, corporate governance and generational handover, and is the author of many articles and contributions in specialist publications.
