GIUSEPPE CAMPEIS

Giuseppe Campeis is the founding partner of the firm.

He mainly deals with national and international commercial and corporate law, as well as corporate criminal law.

Enrolled in the register for advocacy before the Higher Courts and in the register of auditors, he has been a member of the boards of auditors and boards of directors of leading Italian and foreign companies. He has been a visiting professor, teaching commercial law and he still is and has been a teacher in many university and post-university specialization classes for professionals, lawyers and judges, as well as, as a speaker, in national and international lectures. He is the author of numerous books and articles in legal journals about private international law and international trade, as well as civil, international and tax procedural law.
